New Zealand’s team is currently on a tour of Bangladesh, where a five-match T20 series is to be played between the two countries.
In April this year, the last T20 series between the two countries was played in New Zealand. The Kiwi team had a clean sweep of the three-match T20I series.

Rahim can complete 1,500 runs in T20 Internationals
Experienced Bangladeshi batsman Mushfiqur Rahim has scored 1,282 runs in 86 matches with the highest score of 72* in his T20 International career. During this, he has also made five half-centuries to his name.
He can complete 1,500 runs in the five-match T20I series and become only the fourth Bangladeshi batsman after Shakib, Tamim and Mahmudullah to reach this figure.
Bangladeshi players can make these records
Mahmudullah has played 97 T20 Internationals so far. He can become the first player to play 100 T20 Internationals for Bangladesh.
Mohammad Naeem has scored 465 runs in 17 T20 matches at an average of 29.06. He can complete his 500 runs.
Tamim Iqbal has hit 44 sixes so far and he may become only the second Bangladeshi after Mahmudullah (51) to hit 50 sixes.
Mustafizur can leave these bowlers behind
Mustafizur Rahman has taken 68 wickets in 48 T20 matches at an average of 19.55. He can overtake Mohammad Nabi (72), Chris Jordan (73) and Ish Sodhi (73) in terms of wickets.
New Zealand players can make these records
All-rounder Colin de Grandhomme has scored 487 runs in 36 T20 Internationals at a strike rate of 143.2. He will complete his 500 runs in the upcoming T20I series and will become the ninth Kiwi batsman to do so.
Scott Kuggeleijn has so far taken 13 wickets in his T20 International career. He will be a chance to overtake Corey Anderson (14), Grand Elliott (14) and Jeetan Patel (16) in terms of wickets.
So far New Zealand has been invincible against Bangladesh
Till now 10 T20 matches have been played between Bangladesh and New Zealand and all of them have been won by the Kiwi team. On the other hand, New Zealand played only one T20 match in Bangladesh and won by 15 runs.
