Telangana Schools Re-open: After the visible reduction in corona infection, schools and other educational institutions are being reopened in many states of the country. Meanwhile, schools, Anganwadi centers and other educational institutions will open in Telangana from September 1. State CM K Chandrashekar Rao announced this.
Telangana Chief Minister’s Office said in a statement, “In a high-level review meeting chaired by Chief Minister KCR at Pragati Bhavan today, it has been decided to reopen all types of private and public educational institutions in the state, including Anganwadi, from September 1. Along with this, in view of the possibility of outbreak of seasonal diseases due to monsoon, the Chief Minister held a review meeting with the Panchayati Raj Minister, officials, officials of the Medical and Municipal Corporation departments to review the precautionary measures. “Till the end of this monsoon season, officials of the Medical Department, Panchayati Raj and Municipal Corporation will remain vigilant and take steps to control seasonal diseases,” the statement further said.
The CMO also said, “The CM said that medicines and other items should be provided as per the need. The CM urged people to ensure that water does not stagnate in their homes and take proper precautions to prevent children and elderly people from getting infected.
Corona situation in Telangana
On Sunday, 231 new patients of corona virus were confirmed in Telangana and two infected died. The total cases in the state have reached 6,54,989 while the death toll has reached 3858. According to a government bulletin, the number of patients undergoing treatment for infection in the state is 6384. Maximum 66 cases have come in Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation area. After this, 22 patients have been found in Karimnagar district and 19 in Rangareddy district. No case of infection has been found in four out of 33 districts of the state. According to the bulletin, a total of 453 patients have recovered from the infection on Sunday, after which the number of people who have become infection free has reached 6,44,747.
